Aldair Neves wins in the Europa League with Levski
23 Oct 2026
Aldair Neves once again played a part in Levski Sofia’s European campaign, as the team secured a 2-1 away victory against Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League.
This win reinforces a season in which the Bulgarian side has maintained a consistent run—both in European competitions and domestically—with the Portuguese player remaining a regular fixture in the squad.
So far in the 2026/27 season, Aldair has featured in all 19 of Levski’s official matches, starting in 12 of them and coming off the bench in the other seven.
His consistent playing time builds on the prominent role he has held over the last few seasons. This has been especially evident in European competition, where he has appeared in every match Levski has played, spanning both the Champions League qualifiers and the Europa League.
The team’s strong form also extends to the Bulgarian league, where Levski currently sits at the top of the table, remaining undefeated.
Aldair has also contributed two goals and two assists this season, continuing to play a key role for a side that remains competitive on multiple fronts.
